The cottage is built on a sand dune facing SW overlooking Georgian Bay. it is located about 300 ft from the water's edge and is a very short walk over some sand dunes, which kids love to play in. The location is ideal for families with very young children as you can let them play outside without the concern of them walking into the water, which is very shallow for the first 50 feet or so (ankle to knee deep).
